We are excited to take part in the official launch of the UNIVOLS Project in Toulouse, coordinated by Dr. Rasha Nagem and Prof. Séraphin Alava!
For two inspiring days, European partners came together to build the scientific, pedagogical, and operational foundations of an interdisciplinary and preventive approach to violence.
UNIVOLS aims to establish a new field of Preventive Violence Studies, providing tools and evidence-based frameworks for researchers, educators, and policymakers to prevent, detect, and address various forms of violence — including school violence, gender-based violence, digital violence, and discrimination.
🎯 Main highlights:
– Opening talk by Prof. Séraphin Alava: “A Multidisciplinary Approach to Child Criminality: A Methodological Outline for the Study of Violence”
– Presentation of objectives, activities, and the project Gantt chart
– Co-creation of a shared training framework based on evidence
– Development of digital tools and collaborative pedagogies
– Building connections between research, education, and public policy
We thank Les Militants des Savoirs for their warm hosting and coordination, and all partners for their commitment to this meaningful mission.
✨ SEHA is proud to contribute to this European collaboration fostering education, prevention, and empowerment through digital and social innovation.
