On 15 September 2025, partners of the Erasmus+ project “Sentinelles de l’Avenir: Ensemble pour Éradiquer la Traite des humains (FUTURE-ART)” gathered online for the first pre-kick-off meeting. The session marked an important starting point for collaboration, coordination, and planning among all project partners from France, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Greece, and Türkiye.
The meeting introduced the project’s objectives, which focus on youth engagement, education, and advocacy against human trafficking. Partners discussed the upcoming activities, including interactive art workshops, digital education platforms, public awareness campaigns, and policy advocacy initiatives. The online session ensured that all organisations could align their roles and responsibilities before the official launch of the project.
.The in-person Kick-Off Meeting will take place in Paris on 28–29 October 2025, hosted by the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM). This event will bring together all partners to finalise the roadmap, set up working groups for each work package, and officially launch the three-year collaboration funded under the Erasmus+ KA220-YOU programme.
With its innovative approach of combining art, digital tools, and youth participation, FUTURE-ART aims to empower young people to recognize and combat human trafficking, raise public awareness, and advocate for stronger policies across Europe.
Stay tuned for updates as the project moves forward towards building a safer, more inclusive, and engaged European society.
