The EcoHarmony consortium held an online coordination meeting to reinforce dissemination activities and address delays in communication outputs. The session focused on improving partner alignment, ensuring timely publication of materials, and clarifying responsibilities across the consortium.
During the meeting, partners reviewed the dissemination schedule available on Microsoft Teams and acknowledged that several deadlines had been missed. A clear action plan was agreed to accelerate progress. Partners were reminded to upload sustainability-related articles and materials into their designated folders, enabling centralized publication on the project website.
A key discussion point was the visibility of project outputs. The consortium confirmed a weekly dissemination rhythm for video content on LinkedIn and YouTube. Following a temporary communication gap, SEHA representative Zehra committed to re-sharing all video links to support coordinated reposting among partners.
The meeting also clarified misunderstandings regarding specific dissemination tasks. In particular, activities related to the Ecolearn platform were confirmed to focus on communication outputs—such as LinkedIn and website posts—rather than technical platform development.
To improve coordination, Lara Moukalled will circulate detailed meeting minutes, share direct links to the dissemination plan and upcoming activities, and update recurring meeting invitations to ensure full partner participation.
This meeting marks an important step in strengthening EcoHarmony’s communication strategy and ensuring the effective visibility of project results at local and European levels.
