Art, Theatre and Music Meet in Batman for Mental Health & ErasmusDays

The “Art Theatre Music for Mental Health” (ATM for Mental Health) Youth Exchange will take place from 13 to 18 October 2025 in Batman, Türkiye, hosted by the Sürdürülebilir Eğitim ve Sağlık Akademisi Derneği (SEHA). 

This international event will bring together young participants from Portugal, Spain, Albania, and the Netherlands to explore how art, theatre, and music can strengthen mental well-being and social inclusion.

The program will include creative workshops, intercultural evenings, and public performances designed to encourage self-expression and dialogue about mental health. 

Participants will share their stories through artistic expression, helping to reduce stigma and promote empathy among young people.

The week will also mark our celebration of ErasmusDays 2025, highlighting how Erasmus+ connects people, cultures, and ideas across Europe. Together with our partners — Junta da Freguesia de Ermesinde (Portugal), Asociación de Vecinos El Torcal (Spain), Social Inclusion for Development (Albania), and Toekomstmakers (Netherlands).

We will organize interactive sessions open to local youth and citizens to celebrate diversity, creativity, and solidarity.

The event represents a milestone for SEHA and the city of Batman, showing how international cooperation and art can inspire positive mental health and community awareness.
